▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Dielectric composite material, prepared by taking two-dimensional graphene oxide crystals as filler, polyvinylidene fluoride as substrate and polyvinyl pyrrolidone as glue solvent, is claimed. USE - The material is useful in embedded capacitors and high energy density energy storage fields. ADVANTAGE - The material: has unique molecular structure properties, strong bonding, film-forming properties under higher temperature conditions, and compatibility between organic polymers; realizes the organic combination of graphene oxide filler and polyvinylidene fluoride due to the viscosity and glue of polyvinylpyrrolidone; and has obviously improved the dielectric constant and low dielectric loss factor, which is suitable for embedded capacitors and high energy density energy storage fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the dielectric composite material, comprising (a) manually mixing graphene oxide with polyvinylidene fluoride granules in a weight percentage of 0.2-0.6 wt.%, then pouring into 50 ml N,N-dimethylformamide solution to obtain the mixed solution, and ultrasonically treating for 6-8 hours, (b) placing polyvinylpyrrolidone granules into the mixed solution and stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 10-12 hours to obtain a uniform mixed solution, and (c) pouring the above solution into a surface dish, placing in a constant temperature drying oven at 60 degrees C, and drying for 8-12 hours to obtain the finished product.
