NOVELTY - Tungsten oxide-graphene composite material comprises graphene and tungsten oxide, and prepared by microwave combined heat treatment method. USE - Used as tungsten oxide-graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has good stability and gas detection sensitivity, especially to acetone, i.e. lowest detecting limitation can reach 20 ppb. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing tungsten oxide-graphene composite material, comprising (1) preparing big sheet of graphene oxide using modified Hummers method, where the radial size of the graphene oxide is 50-100 mu m, and formulating the graphene oxide into 0.5-2 mg/ml graphene oxide aqueous solution A, (2) placing graphene oxide aqueous solution A on magnetic stirrer, and stirring using shuttle-shaped magnet, where the stirring speed is 100-500 revolutions/minute, under the condition of continuous stirring, adding tungsten dissolved in ethanol into solution A, continuing stirring, adding acetone into the mixed solution, regulating polarity of the reaction liquid to obtain reaction solution B, and (3) transferring reaction solution B to microwave reactor for microwave reaction, after the reaction is finished, washing the product obtained by centrifugal treatment, drying the product at 100-150 degrees C, placing the dried product in porcelain boat, performing heat treatment in muffle furnace, cooling along with the furnace and grinding to obtain the product.
