NOVELTY - Manufacture of three-dimensional graphene ceramic filter plate involves adding 0.5-1.5 mg graphene and 0.05-1 mg nano-titanium dioxide to 1 ml acetone solution, uniformly stirring, adding 0.5-2 vol.% epoxy resin solution to the mixed material, uniformly stirring, heating the reaction mixture to 60-70 degrees C such that acetone is removed, adding 0.05-0.2 ml reactive diluent and 0.06-0.1 ml curing agent to 1 ml resulting mixed material, uniformly stirring, curing to obtain graphene coating material, spraying the graphene coating material on a porous ceramic surface or immersing the porous ceramic in the graphene coating material to form a graphene coating layer on the surface of the porous ceramic to obtain a three-dimensional graphene ceramic filter plate semi-finished product, and drying the semi-finished product at 60-70 degrees C for 10-15 minutes.
