▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nanocomposite carbon paper comprises disorganized carbon nanotubes as framework, and partially oxidized graphene as reinforcing phase which is filled in carbon nanotube framework. The thickness of nanocomposite carbon paper is 1 mu m-5 mm. The mass ratio of carbon nanotubes to graphene is 10-1:1. USE - Nanocomposite carbon paper. ADVANTAGE - The carbon paper uses carbon nanotubes as skeleton of composite carbon paper with partially oxidized graphene introduced into framework. The partially oxidized graphene contains small amount of oxygen-containing groups which combine with carbon nanotubes to form good interface. The degree of oxidation of graphene is low which retains complete graphite crystal mechanism to retain excellent mechanical properties of graphene and improve strength of carbon paper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nanocomposite carbon paper comprising mixing graphene, alkali and water at 1:5-20:20-100 mass ratio, ultrasonicating mixture for 1-2 hours, reacting in microwave oven for 0.5-2 hours, washing product repeatedly, drying to obtain primary product, mixing primary product, strong oxidant and water at 1:2-10:20-100 mass ratio, reacting mixture at 50-220 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, washing product repeatedly, and drying to obtain partially oxidized graphene; dispersing 5-20 wt.% carbon nanotubes and 1-5 wt.% partially oxidized graphene in solvent separately, mixing carbon nanotubes and partially oxidized graphene dispersions uniformly at 5-1:1 mass ratio; and ultrasonicating mixture, placing mixture in container with electrode, powering by external electric field for 10-120 minutes, and drying under external electric field.
