NOVELTY - A high heat-conducting, degradable shape memory composite material comprises crystal whisker, carbon material, biodegradable polyester and biodegradable elastomer. The crystal whisker and carbon material are uniformly dispersed in the composite material. The mass ratio of biodegradable polyester, biodegradable elastomer, whisker and carbon material is (60-75):(25-40):5:(0.5-5). USE - High heat-conducting, degradable shape memory composite material for electronic packaging. ADVANTAGE - The shape memory composite material has high heat-conducting effect, and is degradable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of composite material, which involves (1) weighing biodegradable polyester, biodegradable elastomer, whisker and carbon material in a mass ratio of (60-75):(25-40):5:(0.5-5), (2) adding whisker and carbon material to anhydrous ethanol containing coupling agent, ultrasonically stirring, steaming and removing solvent, and drying, where the amount of coupling agent is 3-5 %mass of the amount of whisker or carbon material, and (3) adding whisker, biodegradable polyester and biodegradable elastomer into a mixing platform of a torque rheometer, melting and mixing for 6-10 minutes, adding carbon material, continuously melting and mixing for 6-10 minutes under same temperature condition, hot-pressing the obtained molten mixture on a flat tablet press for 3-5 minutes, cold pressing by a flat tablet machine for 3-5 minutes, taking out, and continuously cooling to room temperature to obtain a final product.
