NOVELTY - A sensitive detection of tannin in beer preparing method preparing an aminated graphene quantum dots by performing hydrothermal cutting under the strong alkaline conditions for utilizing graphene oxide and ammonia as raw materials. USE - Method for preparing sensitive detection of tannin in beer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing sensitive detection of tannin with strong anti-interference ability.
