NOVELTY - Preparing solid film lubricant by bonding method comprises (i) mixing 80-100 pts. wt. 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-12 pts. wt. 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride, 10-20 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide dispersion, 3-5 pts. wt. acetic anhydride and 4-6 pts. wt. pyridine, ultrasonically oscillating, adding 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride and molybdenum disulfide dispersion, continuing ultrasonic oscillation, adding acetic anhydride and pyridine, stirring the reaction, aging to obtain aging gel, and (ii) mixing aging gel and epoxy resin dilution solution in a mass ratio of 1:1-1:3, ultrasonically oscillating, concentrating under reduced pressure, cooling and then filling to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing solid film lubricant by bonding method. ADVANTAGE - The solid film lubricant: has excellent heat resistance and adhesion ability; and improve the service life of the product.
