NOVELTY - The battery (100) has a first electrode (10) which functions as a p-type semiconductor, a second electrode (20) which function as a n-type electrode, and a hole transmission element (30) provided between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode is a sputtered film or a vapor deposition film containing nickel oxide. The second electrode is the sputtered films or vapor deposition films containing at least one of silicon and graphene. The hole transmission element is a dielectric material containing a lithium niobate or a silicon nitride. The secondary battery is provided in an electronic substrate of an electronic device, and functions as the power supply or auxiliary power supply of the electronic device. Each film of the first electrode, the second electrode, and the hole transmission member is provided on the electronic substrate. A coil for wireless power feeding, electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode is further provided. USE - Secondary battery e.g. lithium ion secondary battery for portable electronic device, electric vehicle, smart grid, humanoid robot, drone, and electric power load-leaving system.
