▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing superhydrophobic and photothermal conductive coating, comprises: (i) dispersing carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in N,N-dimethyl acetamide to obtain a suspension, and mixing the suspension and polyamino acid (PAA) solution to obtain electrothermal layer casting liquid; (ii) casting the electrothermal layer casting liquid prepared in step (i) on textile fabric, and drying to obtain PAA/CNTs composite film; (iii) uniformly mixing adhesive with ethyl acetate, then adding micro-silicon dioxide and nano-photothermal material to obtain superhydrophobic photothermal and electric insulating layer mixed solution; and (iv) soaking PAA/CNTs composite film prepared in step (ii) in superhydrophobic photothermal electric insulating layer mixed solution prepared in step (iii) to obtain the superhydrophobic photothermal conductive coating. USE - The superhydrophobic and photothermal conductive coating is useful in preparing anti-icing or deicing surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has anti-icing and deicing function, can achieve the effect of rapid deicing under the condition of electricity and natural light, solves the problem that the micro-nano structure of conventional superhydrophobic surface is damaged after multiple freezing cycles, and the surface layer is energy saving and safe with electricity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a superhydrophobic and photothermal conductive coating, prepared by the above-mentioned method.
