▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A polymer matrix composite comprises graphene sheets homogeneously dispersed in polymer matrix. The composite exhibits percolation threshold from 0.0001-0.1 vol.% graphene sheet to form a three-dimensional network of interconnected graphene sheets or network of electron-conducting pathways. USE - Polymer matrix composite. ADVANTAGE - The polymer matrix composite has excellent adhesiveness and manufactured easily and economically. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for producing the polymer matrix composite, which involves mixing (i) multiple particles of a graphitic material and multiple particles of a solid polymer material to form a mixture in an impacting chamber of an energy impacting apparatus, operating (ii) energy impacting apparatus with a frequency and an intensity for a length of time sufficient for peeling off graphene sheets from graphitic material and transferring graphene sheets to surfaces of solid polymer material particles to produce graphene-coated solid polymer particles inside said impacting chamber, and heating (iii) and consolidating the graphene-coated solid polymer particles.
