▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Powdered polyphenylene granule slurry comprises 50-60 pts. wt. silicate cement, 5-10 pts. wt. powder, 10-20 pts. wt. polystyrene particles, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene aerogel, 3-5 pts. wt. inorganic nanofibers, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 2-4 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose cellulose, 1-2 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 2-5 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic ester polymer, 0.5-1 pts. wt. water repellent, and 10-20 pts. wt. water. USE - Powdered polyphenylene granule slurry having a heat-insulating and anti-cracking function. ADVANTAGE - The powdered polyphenylene granule slurry has greatly improved the thermal insulation and crack resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for: (1) a method for exterior waterproofing and thermal insulation integrated construction, which involves attaching rock wool board on outside of base wall, treating rock wool board with waterproof interface treatment agent, laying steel wire mesh on rock wool board and fixing on the outer side of the wire mesh with the fixing member, using heat-absorbing and anti-cracking function of the powdered polyphenyl granule slurry as the fire-resistant transitional anti-crack screed, making anti-cracking layer on screed using a cloth and two-pulp method, scraping anti-cracking mortar layer on the screed, then laying grid cloth, and scraping anti-cracking layer; and (2) a method for preparing powdered polystyrene particle slurry involves pulverizing crude polyphenylene particles into particles having a particle size of 0.5-5 mm, pouring graphene aerogel having a moderate particle size, inorganic nanofibers, and a cross-linking agentinto the container, adding appropriate amount of ethanol solution, mixing thoroughly for 1-4 hours, standing for 30 minutes, warming up to 150-250 degrees C at a rate of 1-10 degrees C per minute under vacuum or inert atmosphere, keep warming and stirring for 4-6 hours to obtain uniform smooth surface particles, placing particles in a gas dryer at 100-110 degrees C and drying for 30 minutes to obtain graphene aerogel and inorganic fiber modified polyphenylene particles, mixing portland cement, rubber powder, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose cellulose, styrene acrylate polymer, aqueous agent and adding suitable amount of water to the polyphenylene granule as light aggregate, and mixing and stirring mixture uniformly to obtain powdered polyphenylene granule slurry.
