▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A copper foil (10) has sum total of crystal grain boundary length per surface unit area of less than 0.00800 mu m/ mu m2 after heating at 1000 degrees C for 1 hour in atmosphere containing 20 vol.% or more hydrogen and remainder of argon. USE - Copper foil used for manufacturing graphene (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to separator for fuel cell, thin film of display element, mercury-free fluorescent lamp, composite material and carrier of drug delivery system. ADVANTAGE - The copper enables manufacture of graphene having large area, economically. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of the copper foil, which involves carrying out high glossy rolling of copper foil base material with workability of 80-99.9% and oil-film equivalent of 13000-24000 at the time of final cold rolling; and (2) manufacture of graphene, which involves arranging heated copper foil in a chamber, supplying hydrogen gas and carbon containing gas, forming graphene (20) on the surface of the copper plating layer of the copper foil, etching the copper foil, after laminating a transfer sheet (30) on the surface of graphene and transferring graphene on the transfer sheet. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the process flow of the manufacture of graphene. Copper foil (10) Graphene (20) Transfer sheet (30) Etching tank (110) Sink roll (120)
