DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of the graphene oxide hybrid material electrode, which involves mixing graphene cuprous oxide hybrid material powder and liquid paraffin to obtain black viscous paste with certain plasticity, filling the paste into one end of an electrode tube, inserting electrode lead into the paste through the other end of the electrode tube, grinding one end of the electrode tube filled with the paste electrode material into a round shape, fixing the electrode lead at the other end of the electrode tube by using adhesive, and sealing the end electrode tube.
