▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene aerogel composite material comprises (i) placing the graphite crucible into the heating zone of the heating furnace, placing copper in the graphite crucible and seal the furnace cavity, evacuating the graphite crucible to 25-35 Pa, and then returning to atmospheric pressure with nitrogen gas, turning on the heating system to heat the copper in the crucible to melting, generating large number of bubbles under the liquid surface, and where graphene grows on the surface of the bubbles, (ii) mixing the graphene powder obtained in the step (i) with pure water, then adding aqueous resin, mechanically stirring to make it uniformly mixed, then adding chopped carbon fiber, and stirring, (iii) using vacuum-assisted system for controlling the pressure for suction filtration to obtain the graphene wet aerogel composite material, and (iv) drying the formed graphene wet aerogel composite material under atmospheric pressure. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene aerogel composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has low density, complete structure, simple molding, low cost, and easy mass production.
