▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a temperature and humidity sensitive two-dimensional material film layer, an electrode film layer and a substrate that are arranged sequentially from top to bottom, where size of a capacitor for the two-dimensional material film layer is not changed along with change of the temperature. An electrode film layer is used for outputting circuit parameter of the temperature and humidity sensitive two-dimensional material film layer. The circuit parameters are used to determine temperature and temperature of a to-be-detected environment, where a temperature and humidity multimodal sensor is located. A temperature and humidity sensitive film layer comprises oxidation graphene and MXene. The substrate is made of silicon sheet. USE - Temperature and humidity multi-mode sensor for measuring temperature and humidity of an environment. Uses include but are not limited to circuit printing, textile industry, food processing and industrial production and agriculture and animal husbandry applications. ADVANTAGE - The sensor achieves that size of the capacitor does not change along with change of temperature such that need to use two different sensitive elements can be avoided at same time of realizing measuring of the temperature and the humidity, thus reducing size and cost of a sensor main body, determines temperature of to-be-tested environment according to relationship between capacitance, thus determining humidity and the sensor parameter of a sensor main body.
