ADVANTAGE - The thermoelectric-pyroelectric hybrid power generation device is simple and easy, has high-efficiency, practical, intelligent heat energy recycling device, realizes fully recycling and using fluctuation change heat energy and full recovery conversion, and effectively collects energy of temperature fluctuation of the surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing thermoelectric-pyroelectric hybrid power generation device, which involves: a. ultrasonically dispersing carbon nanotubes (CNT) and reduced graphene oxide-supported polyethylenimine (rGO-PEI) in deionized water solution, forming CNT-rGO-PEI layer on filter paper in suction filtration mode, and drying at normal temperature to obtain a CNT-rGO-PEI photothermal material layer; b. transferring the photo-thermal material layer through a transparent adhesive tape and connecting the photo-thermal material layer with a polarized aluminized PVDF film to prepare a photo-thermal type pyroelectric generator; and c. photo-thermal type pyroelectric generator is physically fixed at the heating end of the pyroelectric device through an adhesive tape, and a heat-insulating sleeve is added on the surface of the pyroelectric device, so that the pyroelectric-pyroelectric hybrid type generator device is obtained.
