NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-lithium titanate composite involves milling a titanium precursor, a lithium precursor and a dispersant (d1), obtaining a mixture (m1), sintering, obtaining micro-lithium titanate, grinding resultant product, graphene and a dispersant (d2), obtaining a mixture (m2), and sintering resultant product. USE - Preparation of graphene-lithium titanate composite used in preparation of chemical energy storage device for preparing chemical energy storage device assembly (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of chemical energy storage device, which involves using a lithium salt with high potential value, and the graphene-lithium titanate composite; and (2) preparation of chemical energy storage device assembly.
