NOVELTY - Preparing germanium nitride nano material comprises uniformly mixing germanium salt solution and graphene oxide dispersion to obtain a precursor, nitriding the precursor at high temperature in ammonia gas atmosphere and vacuum condition, introducing air, calcining the precursor at high temperature to obtain the germanium nitride nanomaterial. USE - The germanium nitride nano material is useful for lithium ion battery cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The germanium nitride nano material can suppress the side reaction between the electrode and the electrolyte, plays a role in improving germanium nitride rate performance and cycle performance. The method is simple to operate and has high repeatability, which is beneficial to improving the production efficiency of quantitative production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a method for preparing germanium nitride nano material comprising (a) mixing the germanium oxide with the acid solution at a predetermined temperature, obtaining the germanium salt solution, (b) dissolving graphene oxide in the solvent to obtain the graphene oxide dispersion, (c) dropping germanium salt solution into the graphene oxide dispersion liquid to obtain the mixed solution, (d) dripping the alkali solution into the mixed solution until the mixed solution is neutral to obtain the precursor, (e) freeze-drying the precursor, (f) heating the precursor under the vacuum condition to a predetermined temperature, introducing ammonia gas and keeping the temperature, performing the nitriding reaction, and (g) calcining the product obtained in step (f) at high temperature in the air atmosphere to obtain the germanium nitride nanomaterial, where the step (a) and (b) are not limited in order; and (2) germanium nitride nano material.
