NOVELTY - Graphene conductive ink comprises 30-60 wt.% epoxy resin, 30-40 wt.% graphene, 0.5-1 wt.% defoaming agent, 1-3 wt.% coupling agent, 1-2 wt.% ultradispersant and 15-18.5 wt.% mixed solvent. USE - Used as graphene conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink: has excellent conductive properties, and mechanical strength; and meets the requirements for the use of conductive inks in existing smaller, lighter and multifunctional electronic products. The method: improves the dispersion uniformity between graphene and epoxy resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene conductive ink, comprising (i) mixing epoxy resin and mixed solvent in a ratio of 1/3-1/2, adding graphene, ultradispersant and coupling agent into dispersion kettle, then stirring uniformly, ultrasonically dispersing, and grinding until obtains required particle size, (ii) mixing graphene-based material prepared in step (i) with remaining amount of epoxy resin, defoaming agent and mixed solvent, then stirring and performing ultrasonic dispersion mixing, and (iii) grinding the mixed material of step (ii) using grinder until obtains required particle size to obtain final product.
