NOVELTY - A silver/polyaniline/graphene composite photocatalyst is obtained by loading nano silver particles on a sheet-like layer of polyaniline-coated graphene. USE - Silver/polyaniline/graphene composite photocatalyst. ADVANTAGE - The silver/polyaniline/graphene composite photocatalyst having excellent photocatalytic activity, is prepared efficiently and economically by simple method without affecting the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of silver/polyaniline/graphene composite photocatalyst, which involves coating graphene with a layer of polyaniline, and supporting with silver nanoparticles by photo-initiation method. The photo-initiation method involves irradiating a raw material mixture under exposure of all-light source in an inert gas atmosphere and stirring. The raw material mixture is a mixture of aniline, silver nitrate solution and graphene, or mixture of 2 or more of aniline, silver nitrate solution and graphene. When the raw material mixture is mixture of aniline and silver nitrate solution, the raw material mixture is irradiated under all-light source, and then mixed with graphene. When the raw material mixture is mixture of silver nitrate and graphene, the raw material mixture is irradiated under all-light source, and then mixed with aniline solution. When the raw material mixture is mixture of aniline and graphene, the raw material mixture is irradiated under all-light source, and mixed with silver nitrate solution.
