▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composite coated positive electrode active material comprises a composite active material layer comprising 0.5-3 %mass graphene and 0.5-6 %mass titanium dioxide coated on 92-99 %mass positive electrode active material. The titanium dioxide is in situ grown on the layer of graphene. The active material layer has thickness of 5-50 nm. USE - Composite coated positive electrode active material used in anode material for lithium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite coated positive electrode active material has excellent conductivity, provides batteries with improved cycle stability and rate performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the composite coated anode active material; and (2) solid lithium ion battery.
