NOVELTY - Graphene polyurethane composite material comprises polyurethane resin compounded with fiber reinforced material by pultrusion molding; the fiber reinforced material is glass fiber, the polyurethane resin is also mixed with graphene nanomaterials, the graphene nanomaterials are uniformly dispersed in the polyurethane resin, so as to be evenly distributed around the approximately parallel distribution of the fiber reinforced material; where the glass fiber content is 75-80 pts. wt., the polyurethane resin content is 20-25 pts. wt., and graphene nano material content is 0.00002-0.04 pts. wt.. USE - Used as graphene polyurethane composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has greatly improved mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene polyurethane composite material comprising (1) passing the glass fiber through preformed plate and entering a closed injection box; (2) introducing polyol liquid and isocyanate liquid which is fully mixed with graphene nanomaterials into static mixer according to the weight ratio of isocyanate to polyol is 1.2:1-1.4:1, and fully mixing to form liquid polyurethane resin; (3) injecting the liquid polyurethane resin into the injection box under pressure; (4) fully infiltrating glass fiber by liquid polyurethane resin in the injection box, then entering a mold, heating and curing moulding; and (5) continuously pulling out the molded product from the mold and cutting it according to the required length; where, the order of the step (1) and the step (2) can be interchanged, the glass fiber content is 75-80 pts. wt., the polyurethane resin content is 20-25 pts. wt., and the graphene nanomaterial content is 0.00002-0.04 pts. wt..
