NOVELTY - A lithium anode sheet manufacturing method involves adding graphite oxide into a ball mill, dispersing the ball milled graphite oxide in water. The metal salt is added to the suspension, inserted the graphite electrode and placed the foamed nickel electrode into the electrolytic solution, and connected the electrolytic solution with anode and cathode of constant voltage source for electro-deposition reaction. The lithium carbonate is added into water. The lithium carbonate solution is titrated and coated on foamed graphene. The dried graphene is placed into muffle furnace and cooled. USE - Method for manufacturing lithium anode sheet that is utilized in lithium ion super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing the lithium anode sheet with high energy density and high power density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lithium anode sheet manufacturing method involves adding graphite oxide into a ball mill to ball milling, dispersing the ball milled graphite oxide in water by ultrasonically to form a suspension. The metal salt is added to the suspension to prepare electrolyte, inserted the graphite electrode and placed the foamed nickel electrode into the electrolytic solution, and connected the electrolytic solution with anode and cathode of constant voltage source for electro-deposition reaction, followed by removing the foam nickel electrode, evaporating the solvent, putting hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas protection of the muffle furnace to react, cooling the reaction mixture to room temperature after reacting completely, immersing the product in hydrochloric acid and reacting the product to obtain foamed graphene. The lithium carbonate is added into water and stirred to form solution. The lithium carbonate solution is titrated and coated on foamed graphene to dry. The dried graphene is placed into a muffle furnace for annealing and cooled to obtain finished product, where the metal salt comprises aluminum sulfate or magnesium sulfate or aluminum chloride. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing lithium ion super capacitor.
