NOVELTY - Preparing nano metal phosphide comprises adding metal organic framework-porous graphene oxide composite material and disodium hypophosphite into two porcelain boats respectively, and simultaneously adding above two porcelain boats into a tube furnace for high-temperature calcination for a certain period of time, completing calcination, washing and drying prepared material, obtaining composite material of nano-metal phosphide material and graphene, where the mass ratio of metal-organic framework material and porous graphene oxide is 1:0.01-1:1, the mass ratio of disodium hydrogen hypophosphite and metal organic framework-porous graphene oxide composite material is 1:1-1:100, and the calcination temperature is 100-1000℃ for 1-24 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano metal phosphide. ADVANTAGE - The method provides nano metal phosphide material with controllable and uniform size, and controlled size on the surface of the porous graphene oxide surface.
