▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An ultra-high isotropic heat-conducting material comprises 5-25 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 60-90 pts. wt. two-dimensional sheet-metal nanofiller having an average thickness of 100-500 nm and an average outer diameter of 10-100 mu m, 5-15 pts. wt. two-dimensional flake-carbon-based-thermally conductive filler having an average thickness of 10-500 nm and an average outer diameter of 1-50 mu m, and 10-40 pts. wt. thinner. USE - Ultra-high isotropic heat-conducting material. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved isotropic heat conducting properties due to the efficient lapping and synergistic effect of two-dimensional sheet-metal nanofiller and the two-dimensional flake-carbon-based-thermally conductive filler. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the heat-conducting material, which involves mixing the raw materials, stirring at 500-2000 rpm, completely volatilizing the diluent at room temperature and normal pressure or negative pressure of -0.5 MPa to -1 MPa, heat pressing and curing for 1-5 hours at 100-190 degrees C and 5-20 MPa, dividing into 2-4 different temperature hot pressing portions, setting the temperature of the latter stage to be 20-60 degrees C higher than the previous stage, and curing for 1-3 hours at a pressure of 15-20 MPa and 120-180 degrees C.
