▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of silicon carbon negative electrode material involves carrying out chemical vapor deposition on catalyst precursor and carbon source to obtain graphene layer-coated catalyst, etching graphene layer-coated catalyst using acid to separate graphene cage material, ball milling graphene cage material and nano silicon and drying to obtain precursor material and carrying out chemical vapor deposition of precursor material and carbon source. USE - Preparation of silicon carbon negative electrode material used for lithium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, short, consumes reduced amount of energy, economical and environmentally-friendly. The method effectively inhibits silicon pulverization in the process and improves the cycle performance due to the deposition of nano-silicon inside or on the surface of graphene cage, and coating amorphous carbon as buffer and conductive agent.
