▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing tumor-targeting graphene quantum dot, involves obtaining hydrazine as raw material, reacting hydrazine and nitric acid under high temperature conditions to obtain trinitronaphthalene, freeze-drying trinitronaphthalene, resuspending trinitronaphthalene in aqueous ammonia, performing ultrasonic reaction of the mixture, adding the mixture to the reaction vessel, performing hydrothermal reaction of the mixture to obtain aminated graphene quantum dots, dialyzing aminated graphene quantum dots, dehydrating the quantum dots in deionized water in dialysis bag, where the dialysis bag has molecular weight cut-off of 3500, using carboxyl diimine/N-hydroxysuccinimide to activate the carboxyl end of polypeptide at room temperature, reacting fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-arginine-glycine-aspartic acid-serine (RGDS) polypeptide with the aminated graphene quantum dot through amide reaction, and covalently linking to prepare target-targeted graphene quantum dot. USE - The method is useful for preparing tumor-targeting graphene quantum dot (claimed) which is used for preventing and/or treating tumor. ADVANTAGE - Graphene nanorods Bcolor graphene quantumdots has good environment-friendly property and biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for tumor-targeting graphene quantum dot, which is prepared by the method.
