NOVELTY - The method involves preparing copper chromium zirconium alloy powder by vacuum gas atomization method for future use. The prepared copper chromium zirconium alloy powder is pre-processed, and the layer of network structure graphene is coated on the surface by oxidationreduction method. The copper chromium zirconium alloy powder coated by graphene is taken as raw material, the raw material is put in the discharge plasma sintering device, and then sintered to obtain the finished product by discharge plasma. The finished product is subjected to solid solution treatment, cold rolling and aging treatment. The mass fraction of the graphene is 0.1 to 0.1 %. The solution treatment temperature is 900-960, and the heat preservation time is 0.5-4h. USE - Method for preparing graphene-coated copper chromium zirconium alloy by using discharge plasma sintering. ADVANTAGE - The method for preparing graphene-coated copper chromium zirconium alloy by using discharge plasma sintering improves the conductive heat and ductility of the material. The method for preparing copper chromium zirconium alloy powder coated by graphene is simple, short process flow, and easy to batch production.
