▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide and chitosan-based porous composite material comprises uniformly mixing 1-10 mg/ml graphene oxide aqueous solution with chitosan aqueous solution containing glacial acetic acid, obtaining mixed liquid, immediately pre-freezing and vacuum freeze drying. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene oxide and chitosan-based porous composite material used for preparing hemostatic material, which is hemostatic sponge, and drug release (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high porosity i.e. greater than or equal to 93%, thus, enhancing chitosan adsorption performance, water absorption rate of 50-70 times, indentation hardness of up to 10-15 N in 20 mmx 20 mmx 20 mm specification, and excellent mechanical properties.
