NOVELTY - Graphene oxide sheets deposition involves preparing aqueous solution (So) in distilled or deionized water in a container, and then adding graphene oxide in aqueous solution to prepare an aqueous mixture. The prepared aqueous mixture is acidified with highly sulfuric acid to prepare an acidified solution. The prepared acidified solution is applied on magnet plate coated with Teflon (RTM: a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene) inside the container. The deposited container is immersed in an acidic solution. USE - Method for depositing graphene oxide sheets with co-deposited metals on inert substrates or semiconductor. ADVANTAGE - The method facilitates deposition of graphene oxide sheets in a simple and cost-effective manner and provides electronic sensors with improved reliability and better performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide sheets deposition involves preparing aqueous solution (So) in distilled or deionized water in a container, and then adding graphene oxide in aqueous solution to prepare an aqueous mixture. The magnetic plate is stirred during co-deposition of metal by using two metallic electrodes. The metal is selected from copper, gold, silver, platinum, nickel, aluminum or tin. The electrode is made of stainless steel 316-L (a), platinum, titanium or graphite (b). The silicon substrate is made of glass or polymer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the graphene oxide sheets deposition method.
