NOVELTY - Use of adjusting factor in improving polyunsaturated fatty acid content of oil-producing microorganism comprises graphene oxide. USE - The adjusting factor is useful in improving polyunsaturated fatty acid content of oil-producing microorganism. ADVANTAGE - The adjusting factor can improve the content of polyunsaturated fatty acid in oil-producing microorganism, with simple and efficient and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a method for improving polyunsaturated fatty acid content of oil-producing microorganism, comprising inoculating the oil-producing microorganism to the culture medium containing the adjusting factor to culture; a preparation method of microbial sebum, comprising culturing the oil-producing microorganism by the method to obtain the culture liquid, breaking wall and culturing the culture liquid.
