NOVELTY - Strong structure and corrosion-resistant buried pipe for power transmission comprises a base composite layer or a functional composite layer located on at least one side of a base composite layer. The base composite layer includes continuous fibers, modified graphene, functional fillers, anti-ultraviolet additives, anti-aging additives and flame retardants. The functional composite layer is made of various thermal insulation materials and anti-corrosion materials. USE - Used as strong structure and corrosion-resistant buried pipe for power transmission. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the technical effect of efficiently improving the corrosion resistance and structural strength of the pipeline. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the buried pipe, comprising (S1) drawing out the continuous fiber through the guide and arrangement device and sending to the resin impregnation unit, the resin impregnation unit is pre-added with graphene, functional fillers, anti-ultraviolet additives, anti-aging additives and flame retardants, (S2) after the fiber is impregnated, sending to the preforming die and solidifying to form a fiber composite intermediate, (S3) drawing the fiber composite intermediate through the drawing device and cutting into shaped materials as required, and (S4) layering functional composite layers including modified marine ecological corrosion-resistant coating, modified plastic layer, thermal insulation reinforced composite layer and/or airgel protective cotton layer and bonding on at least one side of the base composite layer according to a predetermined order to obtain buried pipe.
