NOVELTY - Preparation of amorphous black phosphorus (BP) nano composite material involves mixing and ball milling amorphous zinc phosphate, carbon material and black phosphorus. USE - Preparation of amorphous black phosphorus nano composite material used for preparing electrode of potassium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses amorphous zinc phosphate as additive into the BP nano composite material, amorphous zinc phosphate plays a role of grinding aid in the dry ball milling process, reducing the aggregation and regeneration of the active substance, increasing the dispersibility of the substance, so that the particle size of the active substance is reduced and the utilization rate is improved. In addition, the preparation method of the composite material is simple, and is economical. At the same time, the doping of the zinc phosphate can effectively improve the large volume change in the charging and discharging process, which is excellent for the stability of the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) film, so as to endow the electrode material with better cycle stability.
