▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of basalt fiber composite material involves (S1) dispersing multi-walled carbon nanotubes and the graphene nanosheets in ultrapure water for ultrasonic treatment, and introducing ozone to oxidize the multi-walled carbon nanotubes and the graphene nanosheets to finally obtain a dispersion, (S2) adding glacial acetic acid to the dispersion to adjust acidity, and adding cationic polyacrylamide to make the oxidized multi-walled carbon nanotubes and graphene nanosheets positively charged, (S3) cleaning the surface of basalt fiber and set aside, (S4) electrophoretically-depositing positively-charged multi-walled carbon nanotubes and graphene nanosheets treated with cationic polyacrylamide on cleaned basalt fibers to obtain pretreated basalt fibers, (S5) coating mixed solution of resin and curing agent on the pretreated basalt fibers, and molding. USE - Preparation of basalt fiber composite material used for damage monitoring. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and feasible, and the prepared basalt fiber composite material is convenient for damage monitoring, and effectively avoids causing defects to the material.
