NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength and high-transparency flexible graphene-polyethylene composite film involves growing a single layer of graphene on a substrate, after the graphene growth is completed, it is cooling to room temperature and directly attaching to the horizontally placing polyethylene film together with the substrate. The graphene surface is directly attached to the surface of the polyethylene film, and the medium of the process is a small molecule volatile substance. The composition is placed in a hot air bath of hot air or non-polyethylene solvent for heat treatment. The heat-treated composition is cooled at room temperature, and the substrate is physically stripped after cooling to room temperature, and obtained a graphene-polyethylene composite film. USE - Method for preparing high-strength and high-transparency flexible graphene-polyethylene composite film used in the field of a conductive film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high-strength and high-transparency flexible graphene-polyethylene composite film high strength, high transparency, electrical conductivity and flexibility, and has good practicability and can be used in various fields such as electronic display surface layer and stress sensor.
