NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-reinforced nickel-based composite material involves preparing nickel sulfate solution and reducing agent solution, adding graphene oxide solution, reducing to produce small amount of nano-nickel powder and micro-nickel powder, carrying out adsorption of nano-nickel powder and micro-nickel powder using graphene, stirring to obtain graphene oxide/nickel suspension, washing, lyophilizing to obtain graphene oxide/nickel composite powder, subjecting composite powder to reduction treatment to obtain graphene/nickel composite powder, molding and sintering. USE - Manufacture of graphene-reinforced nickel-based composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple manufacture of graphene-reinforced nickel-based composite material with high density and interfacial adhesion with substrate and excellent physical properties.
