▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composition comprises 20-30 pts. wt. conductive unit, 15-30 pts. wt. linking agent, 0.1-20 pts. wt. additive and 50-100 pts. wt. water. USE - Composition is useful for aqueous graphene conductive ink, which is useful for far-infrared heating, printed resistors, membrane switches, radio frequency identification, smart packaging, conductive circuits and electromagnetic shielding applications (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition improves conductivity, square conductive resistance and mechanical properties of the aqueous graphene conductive ink. The aqueous graphene conductive ink is environmentally-friendly, non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the method for preparing the aqueous graphene conductive ink using the above composition, which involves mixing graphene and water with 50-80 wt.% wetting dispersant to obtain a mixture (i), subjecting the mixture (i) to energy-gathering ultrasonic dispersion to obtain an aqueous graphene dispersion liquid, adding other conductive units to the aqueous graphene dispersion liquid, then adding defoamer, coupling agent and remaining wetting dispersant, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture (ii), crushing the mixture (ii), filtering the crushed slurry to obtain an aqueous conductive paste, and mixing aqueous conductive paste with linking agent, rheological additive, wetting and leveling agent, film-forming additive, anti-corrosion and anti-mildew agent and regulator to obtain the conductive ink; and (2) aqueous graphene conductive ink prepared by the above method.
