▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves performing absolute ethyl alcohol and secondary de-ionized water ultrasonic cleaning process. Oil stain and impurity are removed from a surface of a substrate. The substrate is connected with a blast drying box. A boat is connected with a quartz tube horizontal resistance furnace. A graphite alkene upper substrate connecting lead is connected with a clamp to obtain a graphene chemical modification electrode. The substrate is made of quartz glass material or silicon dioxide/ silicon (SiO2/Si) material. Volume ratio of carbon source gas and hydrogen gas is about 1:1 to 100. USE - Large-scale in-situ growing graphene chemical modification electrode preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving graphene chemical modification electrode preparing quality and detection performance and realizing large-scale in-situ growing graphene chemical modification electrode preparing process in a simple manner.
