NOVELTY - Graphite film/thermal silica/graphene composite heat sink comprises graphite film, thermal silica and graphene three layer composite, where the upper layer is graphite, the middle layer is thermal silica, and the lower layer is graphene. The preparation of heat sink comprises taking polymer film as raw material, carrying out carbonation, graphitization and rolling to obtain graphite film; plating thick graphene layer on one side of the thermal silica by chemical vapor deposition; and compression molding the graphite film with graphene plated thermal silica composite. USE - Used as a graphite film/thermal silica/graphene composite heat sink. ADVANTAGE - The composite heat sink has high thermal conductivity and high tensile strength, high heat conducting coefficient in three-dimensional direction, good flexibility, workability, electromagnetic interference shielding and absorbing property, and can quickly set heat conduction at one point to a composite sheet,. The preparation process is simple, economical, and for industrial production.
