▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A low-temperature sand-fixing accelerating material comprises a component (A) including 80-95 %mass acrylic resin adhesive, 1-10 %mass crosslinking agent, 1-10 %mass coupling agent, 1-9 %mass accelerator and 0.1-1 %mass flame retardant, a component (B) including an initiator and a modifier, and a component (C) including an inorganic aggregate. The accelerator includes one or more of N,N-dimethylaniline, N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine, N,N-dimethyl-N-benzylamine and (4-(dimethylamino)phenyl)ethanol. The initiator includes one or more of benzoyl peroxide, tert-butyl benzoyl peroxide, and methyl ethyl ketone peroxide. USE - Low-temperature accelerating material used for fixing sand (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sand-fixing accelerating material has excellent strength at low temperature, dispersibility, adhesiveness, and heat resistance, can quickly initiate the bulk polymerization of acrylic resin at low temperature, and has strong combination of organic and inorganic phases. The addition of modifiers can change the microstructure of the polymer material and the polymerization rate.
