ADVANTAGE - The nano-titanium oxide/modified graphene oxide/organobentonite composite material has excellent photocatalytic performance, effectively degrades the organic pollutant, in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a nano-titanium oxide/modified graphene oxide/organobentonite composite material, which involves: (A) preparing graphene oxide by the improved Hummers method, and configuring the prepared graphene oxide into an aqueous solution of 0.02-0.1g/mL; (B) using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as modifier to modify sodium bentonite to prepare organic bentonite, preparing the prepared organic bentonite into an aqueous solution of 0.1-0.5g/ml; (C) weighing the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and graphene oxide into the container and mixing according to the mass ratio of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and graphene oxide is 1-3:1, heating to 60-80 degrees C, ultrasonically reacting for 1-2 hours, then weighing the organobentonite according to the mass ratio of organobentonite:graphene oxide is 1-5:1, adding to the graphene oxide aqueous solution, and heating to 60-80 degrees C, dispersing ultrasonically for 1-4 hours, cooling, using microporous membrane filter for suction filtration, washing filter cake with deionized water and drying precipitate at 60-80 degrees C for 2-8 hours to obtain modified graphene oxide organic bentonite; (D) using absolute ethanol as the solvent of butyl tetracarboxylic acid, adding 20-50 mL 1 mole/L nitric acid to inhibit the hydrolysis of butyl titanate, stirring at a constant speed for 1-4 hours to obtain titanium oxide sol; (E) using 1 mole/L sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH value of the sol to 1.5, fully stirring for 0.5-2 hours to generate a transparent solution; and (F) adding modified graphene oxide bentonite fully infiltrated with deionized water to the transparent solution according to the mass ratio of nano-titanium oxide, modified graphene oxide bentonite is 1:5-1, stirring thoroughly for 3-6 hours, and centrifuging to remove the supernatant, washing the precipitate until the supernatant is close to neutral, drying precipitate and grinding at 50-70 degrees C, and then calcining in an inert gas atmosphere at 300-600 degrees C for 2-6 hours to obtain product.
