ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has simple preparation process; ensures higher strength and electrical conductivity than the hard aluminum wire for the overhead stranded wire; and. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high strength and high conductivity aluminum matrix composite material, comprising weighing carbon fiber and graphene powder, mixing in the mixer for 50-60 minutes, adding the mixed powder into aluminum powder, and further mixing the mixed powder for 90-120 minutes, pressing the obtained mixed powder into powder body under pressure of 200-300 MPa, sintering at 600-620 degrees C for 20 minutes under nitrogen protection, and the sintered body can be made into aluminum-based composite wire after 5-8 pulls at 250-300 degrees C.
