NOVELTY - Ultra clean transferring graphene to metal carrier net comprises preparing graphene-copper foil-graphene sample, spin coating polymer support membrane, etching metal copper foil, loading target substrate and steam degumming. USE - The method is for ultra-clean transferring graphene to metal carrier net. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures graphene is not damaged in transfer process, improves electron mobility and heat conduction capacity of metal carrier network and has simple operation.
