NOVELTY - The preparation of carbon electrode involves immersing sulfonated graphene in solution of lithium hydroxide, removing sulfonated graphene, washing, drying to obtain lithiated sulfonated graphene, dispersing lithiated sulfonated graphene and adhesive in dispersant, spraying onto sulfur carbon composite electrode, and drying. USE - Preparation of sulfonated graphene sulfur-modified carbon electrode used as anode in lithium sulfur battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of sulfonated graphene sulfur-modified carbon electrode having reduced dissolution of sulfur and excellent lithium ion conduction effect using simple process and short processing time, and increases circulation performance of lithium sulfur battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of sulfonated graphene sulfur-modified carbon electrode as anode in lithium sulfur battery.
