NOVELTY - Preparation of heat-conducting composite glass comprises (i) taking glass raw materials, melting, flatting, cooling to room temperature to obtain glass precursor, (ii) using laser to scan and perforate the shaped glass precursor using laser, (iii) preparing graphene tube powder, and preparing uniformly magnetized magnetized graphene powder by grading magnetization device, (iv) using the magnetized graphite tube powder prepared in step (iii), (v) taking the micro-porous glass framework, using a blade coating process to coat the magnetizing graphene tube filling slurry prepared on the surface of the micro glass framework and (vi) using a magnetic arrangement device to directionally arrange the magnetic graphene tube filler in the pore of the small glass framework after coating, (vii) spraying the coating graphene on the upper and lower surfaces of micro glass frame, (ix) applying ultrasonic oscillation at the same time. USE - Preparation method of graphene heat-conducting composite glass used for transparent intelligent window, transparent electrode, and fog-proof window. ADVANTAGE - The method has strong bonding force, and uses grading magnetization device to magnetize the graphene tube powder to form a continuous three-dimensional film of graphene-graphene tube, so as to improve the continuous in the pore of micro-pore glass.
