NOVELTY - A graphene oxide film preparing method involves preparing graphene oxide, and preparing modified graphene oxide by dissolving graphene oxide in tert-butanol, adding initiator on the surface of graphene oxide, and adding polar monomer containing a double bond and/or nonpolar, performing ATRP reaction to initiate the polymerization and filtering modified graphene oxide and washing. The modified graphene oxide is dissolved in a solvent to obtain a modified graphene oxide solution, followed by vacuum-filtering and drying to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide film. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent selective permeability to the liquid, and efficient separation of the oil-water layered mixture, water-in-oil-in-water and the oil-in-water emulsion by the regulation of the reaction conditions and the raw materials, and adjustable surface wetting performance.
