NOVELTY - The device has a bottom layer grapheme arranged with a gallium arsenide layer, a cladding layer and a top layer grapheme. A cladding is provided with an air gap. A side of the air gap is set with a graphene nanometre belt. Another side of the air gap is symmetrically provided with a cadmium sulphide nanometre wire. A magnesium fluoride layer is arranged with a low refractive index. USE - Graphene cadmium sulphide nanometre wire based surface plasmon polaritons (SPP) spreading device. ADVANTAGE - The device has wide range of applications. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a graphene cadmium sulphide nanometre wire based SPP spreading device.
