▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene complex slurry comprises 16-70 wt.% base material, 1-5 wt.% grinding and dispersing agent, 10-80 wt.% carrier binder and 3-15 wt.% graphene additives. The base material contains 40-80 wt.% micro silicon powder, 5-20 wt.% alumina, 5-10 wt.% iron oxide, 5-15 wt.% magnesium oxide and 5-10 wt.% chromium trioxide. USE - The graphene complex slurry is useful for preparing graphene complex slurry heating coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The complex slurry improves heating temperature of the far-infrared heating technique. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene complex slurry heating coating comprising a substrate, and a graphene slurry coating, the graphene slurry coating is a graphene complex slurry and substrate is a metal, ceramic, glass, or microcrystalline material; (2) preparing graphene complex slurry comprising providing 40-80 wt.% micro silicon powder, 5-20 wt.% alumina, 5-10 wt.% iron oxide, 5-15 wt.% magnesium oxide and 5-10 wt.% chromium trioxide, mixing, ball milling, sieving, sintering, crushing, grinding to obtain base material powder, heating base material powder to 500-1500 degrees C for 0.1-6 hours, annealing, cooling to room temperature to obtain a crystal sample, crushing the crystal sample, ball milling into powder to obtain base material, mixing 16-70 wt.% base material, 1-5 wt.% grinding and dispersing agent, 10-80 wt.% carrier binder and 3-15 wt.% graphene additives to obtain graphene complex slurry; and (3) preparing graphene complex slurry heating coating comprising coating graphene complex slurry on substrate, heating, curing in inert gas atmosphere at 200-1400 degrees C to obtain heating coating.
