▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyamide-polyphenylene ether alloy material comprises 20-60 pts. wt. polyamide 6, 10-20 pts. wt. polyamide 6T, 10-30 pts. wt. polyphenylene ether, 3-7 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 3-15 pts. wt. graphene-dispersed polymer powder, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 0-10 pts. wt. alumina, 3-7 pts. wt. carbon fibers, 5-10 pts. wt. graphite powder, 0.5-1 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.05-0.3 pt. wt. lubricant and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. antioxidant. USE - Polyamide-polyphenylene ether alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The polyamide-polyphenylene ether alloy material has excellent overall biocompatibility and thermal conductivity due to the usage of graphene-dispersed polymer powder supported by styrene and caprolactam. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of polyamide-polyphenylene ether alloy material, which involves mixing aluminum nitride, aluminum oxide, graphite powder, carbon fibers, lubricant and silane coupling agent in a high speed mixer at room temperature for 3 minutes and rotation speed of 1200-2500 rpm to obtain thermally conductive filler, mixing polyamide 6, polyamide 6T, polyphenylene ether, compatibilizer, and antioxidant with thermally conductive filler, mixing and stirring at room temperature for 2-3 minutes in a high speed mixer, melt extruding in a twin-screw extruder, and granulating.
