▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing silicon/graphene composite cathode material, comprises diluting graphene slurry and silicon powder dispersion to a certain concentration, layering, suction filtering to obtain graphene-silicon-graphene...silicon-graphene film and drying or freeze-drying to remove solvent to obtain final product. USE - The cathode material is useful in preparing lithium-ion battery self-supporting cathode sheet for lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode material: utilizes graphene film which provides conductive network and self-supporting skeleton; and solves the problem of low silicon conductivity. The preparation of self-supporting cathode sheet: eliminates addition of binders and conductive carbon materials; utilizes filter film having porous hole structure; and provides excellent volume expansion space during charging and discharging of active materials. The self-supporting cathode sheet improves electrochemical performance of lithium-ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) lithium-ion battery self-supporting cathode sheet comprising silicon/graphene composite cathode material; (2) preparing lithium-ion battery self-supporting cathode sheet, comprising placing filter cake obtained by suction filtration together with filter film in an oven, drying at 80 degrees C for 10 hours under vacuum, taking out filter cake, lightly tearing the filter film and rolling using a roller to obtain final product; and (3) lithium-ion battery comprising silicon/graphene composite cathode material or lithium-ion battery self-supporting cathode sheet.
